They needed

Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital has recently re-branded, unveiling a new wing and continued  stellar care to the Bay Area. As part of their transformation, they wanted to solidify their deep connection to the city and people of San Francisco, while inviting them to experience the new ZSFG. Hotbed took on the first broadcast TV commercial in this campaign, with the challenge of producing it totally in postproduction.

San Francisco is diverse, and a slice of life cannot be established in one picture. Hotbed developed a collage effect, combining lifestyle, history and medical photo and video with ZSFG's updated branding. Boasting an original score and the first moving iteration of the hospital's new identity, the full motion graphic piece was later lengthened into a longer web version. Hotbed also handled translation into 3 languages and high volume trafficking to broadcast stations where the commercial aired.
