 Ed Reese (Director - Business Development)
Ed serves as Director of Business Development at Hotbed and is responsible for all aspects of expanding Hotbed's presence in the marketplace. This includes discovering new business opportunities, developing agency and new media partnerships, and finding creative talent. An expert in media production, online distribution strategy, web analytics, and search engine optimization, Ed brings a wealth of marketing experience and expertise to our clients. Prior to working at Hotbed, Ed served as Founder and CEO of HomeHander, a pioneer in the vacation rental industry. In fact, he still owns vacation homes in Washington State. But, he just couldn't resist coming back to the film industry. We met Ed in 2002 at Check Point Software, where he served as their Global Media Producer. Ed's thorough understanding of the needs and priorities of high-tech companies has been invaluable working with clients in the Bay Area and beyond. In his free time, Ed enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, playing extreme ping pong, and reading about new technologies. He graduated from Western Washington Univesity in 1992 with a degree in Media Communications.
